Terms and conditions |
- The hirer and the owner accept all bookings,
and all members of the party once the booking form has
been signed and returned.
- Booking is confirmed once the agent has received
your deposit, or payment in full if less than 45 days
before arrival.
- Payment is made with the return of booking
form, 25% deposit for the total amount, and the balance
to be paid without further notice 45 days before your
arrival date. If deposit payment is not received within
10 days of email/verbal confirmation, the agent will
assume that the booking is not required. If full payment
is not received within the 45 days before arrival,
the agent will be able to cancel the reservation, as
the hirer will be in breach of contract.
- To be included in the cost of
the villa rental is the following- water, gas, maintenance
of the pool and gardens. Linens and towels are also
provided. Please note that no items are to be removed
from the villa.
- Not included are travel/ personal
insurance, flights and transportation from airport
to the villa.
- Only the names listed on the booking
form may occupy the property. Under no circumstances
must there be more than the maximum number of people
specified in the villa description, unless upon written
consent by agent. The agent reserves the right to refuse
admittance if the clause of contract is in breach.
- Cancellation is to be given in
writing and to be received by the agent no less than
45 days before arrival. If this is received 45 days
before arrival then only the deposit will be forfeited.
If received less than 45 days then full hire cost is
to be paid. Please note that in some circumstances
your travel insurance will cover any cost that you
incur.
- If any damage is incurred during
your stay, the hirer is liable to make good or cover
any costs in replacing/repairing the damage. Such damage
must be reported to agent immediately. The agent holds £100
against such damages or indeed excessive cleaning.
- The hirer's responsibility and
those of the party are of taking reasonable care of
the property and its contents. The contents and the
property must be left clean and tidy at the end of
the rental period. If the property has a barbeque area
this is to be cleaned after use. All rubbish is to
be placed in the communal bins on a regular basis,
and on the day of departure all rubbish is to be taken
with you.
- The owner and agent are not responsible
for anything that is beyond their control, i.e. local
power failures and water supplies.
- The owner and agent are not responsible
for any personal injury, loss or damage arising within
the booking period.
- All information given by the agent
is given in good faith and is based on information
available at the time. Any changes to the accommodation
or facilities will be notified in advance of your arrival.
The hirer will then have the choice to a) accept the
changed arrangements at no extra cost to either agent
or hirer; b) take alternative accommodation where available.
If alternative is of a lower value than property already
booked, the difference will be refunded) cancel booking
and full amount will be refunded. Please note that
for changes of the above include: number of bedrooms,
if there is private or communal pool or change of resort.
- The villa is ready for occupancy
from 1600 hrs on day of arrival and is to be vacated
by 1000hrs on day of departure. Instructions on how
to get to the property and where to collect keys will
be sent directly to you before your departure date.
- If you have any special requests
the hirer will state on the booking form supplied,
i.e. travel cot and high chair.
- Once you have signed booking form
and payment is received the hirer accepts that no refunds
whatsoever can be given upon arrival. All details on
the advertisements are given in as much detail as possible.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
If you have certain requirements for a property it
is best to check before in writing if we accommodate
these requirements.
